Service Award: Case Processing Centre, Citizenship and Immigration Canada

The Case Processing Centre in Vegreville has employed a number of individuals with developmental disabilities for more than five years. They were one of the leaders in our community in the practice of paying individuals competitive wages for their work. And, the Centre has always made an effort to include all of their employees in any special events that are happening on site. Congratulations!

Merit Award: Doup Hopper

Doug contributes to his community through his volunteering at the Fire Hall and the other various jobs he holds. Doug is well known in the community as a good friend. He attends Community Council on a regular basis and is always willing to help out. Doug is also a great advocate for his friends or anyone else in the community he feels needs help. Well done, Doug!
