At the Bonnyville Community Council Meeting on Oct. 22, 2007 people talked about the following business:

PDD Conference Update

Conference Planning details were shared with the group. An administrative error resulted in all Cold Lake clients as well as all Bonnyville clients have been invited to the conference. A lift has been ordered and is expected to arrive on. The lift will be the conference’s legacy gift.

Future Direction

The Council will be looking at new directions for the future. People spoke about the possibility of obtaining funds to hire someone to interview the families in the region to find out what they would like from Community Council.

Affordable Housing

CSS report that the Affordable Housing units are fully occupied and residents have been living there since Oct. 1.

The next meeting is Nov. 26, 2007 at the FCSS meeting room at 7:00 pm.
